What can you use this website for?

You're welcome to browse the Website for personal, informational purposes — to learn about our work and get in touch. Please don't:

• Try to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to the Website

• Scrape or copy content using automated tools without our permission

• Use the Website for anything unlawful

Who owns the content on this website?

Everything on this Website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Clairvoyant Design or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Project examples may include client trademarks or materials shown with their permission. Please don't reuse or reproduce our content without asking first.

How accurate is the information here?

We keep things up to date as best we can, but we don't guarantee the Website is always complete or error-free. Content here is general information, not professional advice.

Links to other websites

We're not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website we link to. Visit them at your own risk.

Our liability

To the extent Swiss law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the Website. This doesn't limit liability for anything caused intentionally or through gross negligence on our part.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

Part 2 — Privacy Policy

What data do we collect, and why?

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (which pages are viewed, how people found us, general location and device type). This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects your IP address (in an anonymized/shortened form).

Getting in touch. If you email us directly, we'll use your email and whatever you share with us solely to respond to you.

Booking a call. We use Calendly to let you schedule a meeting with us directly. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other details you enter in the booking form, and sets its own cookies. This data is used solely to schedule and manage our meeting.

We don't currently use a contact form, newsletter, or any other data-collecting feature beyond the above.

Who do we share data with?

Google Analytics data is processed by Google. You can read Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Calendly data is processed by Calendly, Inc. You can read Calendly's own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

How long do we keep it?

Google Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics account settings. Calendly retains your booking data according to its own retention policy. We don't keep copies of emails beyond what's needed to respond to you.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Calendly both set cookies in your browser — Google Analytics to measure usage, Calendly to support the scheduling widget. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though scheduling or analytics may not function fully.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Delete your data
